At Sakya Farms, each product is crafted with care using natural ingredients and traditional methods.
Once an order is confirmed, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. That said, in the rare event of an issue, we are committed to resolving it with fairness, transparency, and care.
Damaged Products
If a product arrives damaged, please notify us within 2 days of delivery by writing to sakyafarms@gmail.com
Kindly include the following in your email:
Order number
Copy of the invoice
One clear image of the outer packaging
Two clear images of the damaged product
An unboxing video clearly showing the damage
Our Commitment:
The affected product will be replaced and re-dispatched within 7–10 business days.
In the case of multiple-item shipments, only the impacted product will be replaced.
While refunds are not applicable, our team will work closely with you to ensure a thoughtful and satisfactory resolution.
All emails are responded to within 24–48 hours.
Missing Items
If any item is missing from your order, please inform us within 2 days of delivery at sakyafarms@gmail.com

Spoiled Products
If you believe a product has spoiled, please notify us within 2 days of delivery at sakyafarms@gmail.com
Please include:
Order number
Date of packaging / manufacture
Clear images or a video of the product
Important to Note:
Sakya Farms products are entirely natural and largely handcrafted. Minor variations in taste, texture, colour, or aroma are inherent to this process and are not considered defects.
Returns or refunds cannot be offered for such natural variations.
In cases of genuine spoilage, the product will be reviewed with due diligence, and a replacement will be offered where appropriate. We assure a fair and considered outcome in every instance.
